I chose to create a PowerPoint about the benefits of using ePortfolios with students. I already am comfortable with using PowerPoint and becoming more comfortable with Keynote as well. Learning about e-Portfolios was brand new for me. After researching this topic, I think these would be very useful and informative. I can't believe student teachers aren't creating these type of portfolios yet! I hope to create a portfolio online to house my IMPs and other useful Web 2.0 tools that I am learning about and using within the classroom. Currently, my school district has a wiki that houses lists of online resources which I guess is the beginnings of a e-Portfolio.
